Day one of numerous quit attempts.. have lasted days, weeks & months before... then I start having one every couple of days & think I can manage it.. fingers crossed this is final time.

Very true... I've had health scare that should of been enough .... I agree though that there is no amount of smoking that is ok.. now just to drum that into my brain.. thanks for comment 😊
