falling down and getting back up

Day 16 and not one cheat. I've been in the process of quitting since my 45th B-Day in October. I had quit for 2 months then puffed for a few weeks. Then quit in February for a few weeks and started again. It's too hard to keep quitting and too easy to start up again. So I am 100% ready to stay quit for good. One day at a time. Mind over matter. Best of luck to all the other quitters out there!

Hi Buffy... I think each time you quit and started again was a learning experience. With each failed attempt you have learned something new. Do you remember what your triggers were for starting again?
