Quitting and doing it easily

So one day a couple of weeks ago I woke up and was having my first smoke... stood there thinking why am I even doing this anymore? I've tried to quit many times before and got absolutely nowhere, trying nicotine replacement etc. This time I made an appointment with my doctor and started using Champix. They work really well for me, but they certainly wont quit for you!
I've been taking the tablets for 10 days now and I've been smoke free for 4 days, cutting back at home and at work for the first week. Got it down to 4 - 5 smokes a day, as opposed to the 25 - 30 I would normally have. So far so good! I think most of the issue with quitting is in your head... Breaking habits is harder than breaking nicotine. This time for me is totally different and I KNOW I wont be taking them back up now or in the future. Thats my story!
