I have been smoking for around 50 years and i really want to stop. I pick up a smoke mainly out of habit and once i light up i usually find i didn't feel like one anyway. I have tried not buying any but i feel i have to have a pack handy. I know i need more willpower but just can't seem to do it. HELP

Absolutely Me too Myf,

I've just gone 60 days nicofree & the ONLY way I've been able to do this is with the help of Champix, coupled with my small amount off willpower.

Replace your energy with another beneficial fixation. What has worked for me is walking, jogging and having a goal. Aim for that goal everyday as it comes & see how far that takes you.

I'm not saying that this is going to be easy (in fact I failed on day 8 with 2 cigarettes), but I learnt to recognise my trigger/s and was able to move forward with that knowledge. Still not easy, but everyday nicofree does become a bit more easier to deal with.

Best of wishes with your journey.
