Well here I sit in a crappy hospital ward with three other people. After spending three days in Icu after being resuscitated.

Do I need to give up smoking after 38 years YEP.

you can do it!! the first few days are hard but then it gets way easier and you feel amazing.

Hi Caz, welcome on the site- you will see, it actually really helps to quite. Its just the feeling of not being alone in this mess of withdrawal/addiction and cravings... You can do this, now or never, right?

Thank you WendyohNo. I'm doing well very proud of myself, I was very worried about starting back up when I got out of hospital but so far so good.

I'm staying strong.
