Hi all, I love getting on this site to read how everyone's going and to try and offer some encouragement or understanding. We all have a similar path to travel with similar potholes, and ridiculously high hills. What works for some doesn't for others etc etc. BUT the one factor that is (I believe) Identical in all cases is that you will not succeed if you are not 100% committed. This is critical as you will be tested as most have not been before- anger, hatred, tears, sweating, insomnia, teeth grinding, severe irritation and so on - all from the craving of nicotine. It's not a habit, a habit is easy to change, a drug addiction is what you have and it's a nasty begger to fight. BEST news is that each day of beating it is like sticking your finger up and laughing at it.. Get stubborn, get fighting, get strapped in for a heck of a ride and flip that addiction the bird..

Well said im on day 17 and can say at 2st i thought about giving in but thougjt nope im 100% ready to give up just keep going.

Im happy to say that i cant even stand the smell any more
