Hi I just started cutting down on Monday, so I limit myself to about 5 a day ( so I'm trying) just scared that I quickly fall off as I work in an intense environment and smoking is the best stress reliever. None the less , need the support because I'm afraid to fail as I'm not one who commits well to change......But on that note, one day at a time right.... Need all the help and support and help I can get to finally QUIT!
