QSN Info please
Hi everyone
I am ready!! Again.
So I am after some feedback from anyone who has used the QSN tablets?
The good, bad and the ugly.
How did you go?
I have tried champix and was unsuccessful. I used Zyban when it was first available and was successful for a good 6 weeks or so but the side affects were terrible. I was young and silly and should have stayed quite whilst on the Zyban however we live and learn.
I have recently come off anti-depressants as I have known for a few years I have not needed them anymore. I was terrified to stop sooner however as the withdrawals from the tablets I was on were terrible. I went cold turkey on these tablets even though I knew the withdrawals would be worse but I just wanted it over and done with. I cocooned myself for a good week and WOW I now realise I am strong enough to quit smoking for good!
I also want to stop drinking diet coke which is another HUGE addiction for me but one thing at a time. I actually know the coke and smokes go hand in hand for me.
So my desired quit method this time is the QSN program and will be my 3rd real attempt to quit in 22 years.
QSN users, any information to share?
I actually have these on my counter top right now. I'm planning on starting them in the next week or so. Have you started?
I just ordered them Jaylee and I'm in Australia so they shouldn't take too long to arrive. Id love to keep in touch and share experiences with QSN :)
How exciting. So I just took my first one this morning. Will keep you posted. I'm worried I'll forget or stuff up the schedule since it's a tablet every two hours but I've downloaded an app called Tabex, it's used for a different. Rand in the states. It it has an alarm function so I can use it with QSN & hopefully it will keep me on track. Private message me and we can swap digits! I think you'll find you'll have them in the post today. I am wondering how you both went with the QSN tablets? Any information is very much appreciated, because I am seriously thinking about buying the 30 supply.
