Going to beat these cravings

That morning coffee and smoke. No No No.

Drink a glass of water instead. I find coffee is a trigger for me. Drinking water i find takes the craving away.

Place half a used smoke in.your packet. Been told that disgusting smell when you open the packet up will detere you a little from smoking.

Great idea with the the mornings and the water. I also like the idea of that disgusting smell being a deterrent. I'd be scared I'd smoke it in desperation. 😬
