Destroying Smokes

I am tired. Smoking causes me fatigue. I have just destroyed my cigarettes. I couldn't think of any other way to give myself a break. I need to start to quit somehow. If I kept them I would smoke another day. If I wake up without any, I might cope better than I am right now. I use lozenges and gum. I have cut down to less than ten a day. I usually only have three. The Quitline awarded me ten out of ten for effort and eight out of ten for success.
