Getting better at it now...

Hi all,
Day 10 and 'checking in'...
Today I'm noticing the cravings are getting further apart and less intense :) I still crave my morning ciggie and my 'on the way home from work' ciggie - but I have a bottle of water with me all the time and I just sip on this. These cravings don't last very long anymore. I recognise them, take a deep breath, sip some water and tell myself I doing just fine - then they go away.
My partner still smokes and I'm ok with that. He'll quit in his own time. I'm feeling strong and determined and I LOVE that I no longer smell and don't have to think about my next cig.
My concentration levels are increasing again too - which is a good thing as my job requires an enormous amount of concentration on my part. I wrote last week off as I simply couldn't think with the fidgets and lack of concentration - but all good now and able to do my job efficiently again
