Work in Progress

I wouldn't say I am smoke free. I am nicotine free though. That alone is difficult. Giving up what I had daily since I was 14. My addiction. Some people like coffee or tea, cigarettes were my little treat to myself. I think quitting would be easier for me if it were my choice. I didnt want to quit but I need a bone graft surgery and my doctor will not do it until I can pass a nicotine. So here I am, 6 days... no nicotine. I said that I don't consider myself smoke free because I'm technically not. I'm on wellbutrin, I take a homeopathic spray, I use a vape with no nicotine and worst of all
.. tea leaf cigarettes. No tobacco, no nicotine. It's my blanket. To help me get through the withdrawals. Until I can not want the nicotine on my own anymore, I need something to help keep me away from it. All of the combos are working really well for me but I'm hoping I can take them away one by one. I haven't had a tea cigarette in a couple days but that is only because they haven't arrived yet. I didn't pick out a quit date... I didn't plan it. I wasn't ready.. but here I am.

I don't really understand a lot of what you are doing to stop but I do have a saying that covers it all, and that is what ever works :)
so well done and keep going !!
