I need hwlp
There's no part of me ready to quit smoking! However, it's way past time to quit and because I'm not ready but because of my health and tight on funds I have no choice! So if anyone who were in my same position have tips for me that would be amazing! thank you

I wasn't ready 3 days ago when I quit. I went to bed one night and told myself I wouldn't smoke the next day. Joining this site is a huge help. You obviously want to stop or you wouldn't be here. I started my quit by going to the doctor and getting champix. I didn't think it would work until I stopped and for me its been great, really has taken away basically all my cravings, just my experience. Every one recommends Allen Carr's easy way to quit smoking book which offers a whole new perspective on the addiction. I constantly read the comments here and articles about smoking and health complications. You don't need to smoke, if you quit sooner or later you will get over it. I hope you do well.

no one is making you quit smoking if you want to smoke you can :) its expensive and will kill and has some dirty tricks up its sleave that once understood is enough to make anyone quit.
but again you are free to smoke and once you understand that it also makes you free to quit, quitting against your own will will not work.
I agree they cost way to much and for people who want to smoke its pretty painful.
I stopped because it was going to kill me money had nothing to do with it and I don't have much sooner they work out its a poor tax the better off we will all be.
so my advice is smoke if you want too :)
no one is making you stop.

Oh, I feel for you. I know what it's like to feel you have to quit but your not ready. I personally have to gear up for it, feel ready in all my-being so I have the strength. Your post sounds like your feeling panicked, my suggestion is to take some time to breath deeply and relax. Calm yourself and think or list of all the bonuses of not smoking, there are so so many. Quitting will not Kill you, continuing smoking may very well do so. It about letting go of the fear. I wish you the very best.
