Champix embarrassment

Posted in Getting started
schedule 2 May 2016

Today will be my tenth day taking Champix. I've been exhausted the last couple of days but realise that could just be me. I'm thinking of stopping it though because the last two nights I have wet the bed!! I am nearly 40 years old. I do not wet the bed. Luckily I was sleeping alone. It's not like it was just a dribble. I had vivid dreams each time of going to the toilet and woke up drenched. I will be mortified if I wet the bed when my boyfriend comes over.

I'd much rather have the nausea side effect!!

not telling you what to do but I know what I would be doing , never taking that stuff again and going cold turkey it is really the best way.

sorry to hear about your not such fun experience.

hang in there and you can stop smoking without champix.

That sounds awful., Going cold turkey is the best way just get the drug(nicotine) out of your system. Doctors do not understand the addiction to nicotine. They think that smoking is a habit, It is not. Is an addiction.

I think each person on this site understands how very difficult it can be to delete the smokes.

Come back to this site to read many posts about how to beat this addiction.

Good Luck
