schedule 20 May 2016

Today I decided to toss my tobacco pouch, filters, papers and ashtrays in the bin. It will be the first day after 22 years of separating from my perceived best friend and sweetheart. I know I can do this, I'm feeling chest pain and feel unwell from all that poison and I hope that I can begin to feel better soon.

well done on quitting, it might seem hard with the feelings and cravings but its doable , I was getting pains in the chest also, put simple I didn't want to die just yet.

52 days I have been without a smoke and its been hard but it does get easier and is 100% worth it !!

so well done and keep posting that's why we are here :)

Hey, Theo, this is the first and most important step. Make sure when you bin all the items that you can't retrieve them. That temptation on the first evening is a tough one. You can do this, it's just one hour at a time on the first day. After that you can think further ahead, perhaps half a day at a time.
