Interesting day. LOL Have been reading a heap of "veterans" posts right now and it just is so good to read everyone's stories. Makes so much sense at the end of a sort of ugly day.
There is a " light at the end of the tunnel". Each of you have proven that, with courage and purpose.
That you moved through the tunnel and came out the other side. Nothing bad happened - you got your life back!

My light at the moment is armed with a low battery, dodgy light, but it is still working. I can see that it can be recharged.
Hour by hour. To get rid of this evil weed.
As long as there is a sliver of light at the end of the tunnel you will be fine. It's tough but if you take it one day at a time it is possible. There are some incredibly challenging days ahead but nothing you can't swat away with a good walk and a determined attitude. It's so good you've chosen to do this. All power to you and re-visit this site as much as you have to.
