Hello Butthead

Welcome to the supporting club, you have done so well on your 4 weeks smoke free.

A habit that has consumed and controlled our lives. And we allowed it.

Now the tables are turned and we want to take back control of our lives, not the habit.

Its not the easist of habits to break,

if it was we wouldn't be having a supporting group.

Pop on into the page and let us know on how you are going on your No Smoking journey from time to time...

Would love to hear from you.
