Haven't given up on giving up

I tend to be an emotional smoker & when I'm under a lot of stress I run to the cigarettes. My first step must be to get past each craving as it happens. I'm not strong enough to cope with more than that at the moment. I'm going to counselling & we do meditation where I go to my "happy place". (which is a beautiful river I visited in north qld.) I'm also going to go for a walk on the beach whenever I can.

Never give up (on giving up/escaping). Every time you experience a crabe and get through it, you are erasing a future crave. Good luck with your quit ☺
