Got through the first few hours of the day. They were a bit hard. Next were easy. This is such a self -centred thing that I am sharing with all. Guess that is all of our journeys to a nicotine free life. Thanks all for sharing your journeys.

Will post again tomorrow evening.

After 305 days, nothing is as vivid in my mind than day 1. I feel your pain and I hope you enjoy the support from fellow quitters\sufferers on his site in the early days. Best friends you will ever have. You may never meet them, but they may save your life... When they support you, just know it is your new best friend...

Thanks to each of you for caring to post. So good to be in touch with you who have done the hard yards.. they can be done. Just can't yet see the end of the tunnel. However, it will be seen.

I understand that my fellow quitters will be my new best mates.

I just need to be a good friend to them. And I will, very soon.

Thanks Lia for your post - you continue to be such a wonderful supporter, for everyone on this site, but also an awesome aspiration.

305 days. Congratulations big time.
