I have tried many times to stop smoking but have not been successful. This is my first day (again). Im feeling aggitated. I feel very hopeful that this program will help me by being able to keep a track of my progress. It is also great to be in contact with people who are travelling the same road.

Hello the win will be yours, although some of the withdrawals are real a lot are not. Be strong love yourself enough to let go. Strength in numbers.
