Determined to quit this time

schedule 21 Feb 2016

I'm here finishing my last pack of smokes before I start my journey tomorrow. I feel like I've had about 100 million attempts recently but I feel now I'm ready. Take one day at a time I'm determined to make it through tomorrow smoke free. I'm sick of the wasted money, the constant cough and the lethargic feeling I'm feeling after I finish a long day at work. I'm sick of everyone who keeps not believing in me wanting to quit and making rude comments like you won't succeed, you love to smoke why don't you just keep smoking. I know that the first few days will be hard but I'm determined to prove them wrong I want to quit for me and to stop this disgusting habit. I've got my gum ready and willpower to succeed. I'll also be checking this app for more support and plan on using the Quitline when things get really tough.

Hagan, every journey in life starts with a step, you are making this step but make it for yourself, don't stress over others and their comments as this just drags your confidence down.

Be determined and strong and very proud on breaking the habit of smoking.

Looking forward to hear more about your new life being smoke free.
