Im on day 9 and doing much better than yesterday. Only had 2 cigs today and from midday til now which is 23.14pm ive just attempted my 3rd which I quickly put out. Didn't enjoy the taste at all.

I almost gave up on the champix on day 6 as had nausea and wasn't sure how it made me feel. While my cravings aren't there, the habit is still holding on.

Im persisting with it but I am splitting the 1mg in half at night as its enough and I sleep better.

Im hoping tomorrow I don't have a cigarette at all. The fact I'm enjoying keep fit is a good distraction and motivation to increase distance running with a better set of lungs.

Another day and you keep pushing your will it will get stronger then the demon, just like exercising a little harder each time. Beat the demon every step of the way.

Not had one today so today is my quit day!!;) No craving either and I hope it stays this way.
