I started smoking about 12 years ago to help me give up another more debilitating substance I was smoking a lot that I became overly dependent on. It helped relieve some of the stress which I think is my biggest trigger, when I'm unhappy or overly stressed. But now in my mid 40's I can see myself aging and regret starting to smoke cigarettes.
