Day 10

schedule 11 Dec 2015

I am currently on day 10 of my quit journey! I found the first 7 days very tough and I did not get a lot of sleep. The last few days have been slowly getting better!

I find the cravings are really coming on stronger then the first few days but they don't last as long so I just need to push through it.

Reading these stories has really helped just knowing that everyone else is feeling similar effects and pushing through it is very motivating.

Good luck to everyone else! And keep on pushing through!

Better things ahead!

Well done Adam123. Keep going... be in charge of your quit!! Don't let nicotine addiction rule your quit (it will be short live). I have been smoke-free for 471 days, and loving it!! You can do it!! It feels wonderful being a non-smoker during this Holidays!! Free yourself from tobacco enslavement! Best wishes!! NOT ANOTHER PUFF!!

I treated any cravings like symptoms of an illness, make it about that and don't give any thought that the cravings are smoking/nicotine related. Been around 12 days and I'm lucky enough to not think in terms of smoking/not smoking.
