16 days and it I'm grumpy all the time

I'm up to day 16 used to smoke around 20 a day for about 12 years.
Ended up is hospital with a severe asthma attack and a chest infection.
After that I decide it was enough and stopped smoking.
Now I've been back at work for nearly 2 weeks and not smoking is taking some getting used to.
I'm angry a lot more and all I want is a smoke. I have the little devil on my shoulder all the time saying " just have 1 no one will know"
I'm not going to give in but it's starting to kick my butt

What is the devil's name? Mine is Margaret Thatcher. So much easier to say NO when the devil has a name and is someone you don't like.

Hello Mattymil, you're stronger than the nicotine addiction, don't smoke again. Create distractions for yourself, and your mind. Cravings are short lived, be in charge of your quit. You can do it!! Stay smoke-free!!

Hi Matty. You've already beat that little devil for 2 weeks and now he's getting desperate. He may say 'Just have one, no one will know.' but he's lying because someone will know and that person is the most important person; you! That little devil is much less powerful than your determination to stay smoke free. So put on your armour, pick up your sword, jump on your horse and drive that little devil out of your mind for good. He has all sorts of tricks but he's much weaker than your willpower. I wish you all the luck in the world in your quest to stay smoke free.
