WHO KNEW THAT COUGH DROPS COULD INSPIRE?

I had some cough drops laying around the house, so I gathered them up and put them in a container and set them on my desk. When the crave hit, I unwrapped a cough drop ( Halls) and there are Pep talks on the wrapper- Just when I needed them :)Fire up those engines; Get back in the game; Dust off and get up; You've survived tougher; Tough is your middle name- Forget about the cig and I was good for a bit.

LOL... whatever works for you - I chew sugar free gum, as the snacking and lollies started stretching my shirts and shrinking my pants waist...

I have added 10g of body weight for every cigarette I have not smoked - 7kg in 3 weeks, for 700 smokes not smoked..

On a bit of a smarter eating thing now, but not resisting too much, as all my efforts are targeting the brat at the moment.

That is why I spent a month getting control and having success with the weight. I can't afford to gain. My sister quit 6 months ago and has gained 60 lbs. I guess that would be 5 stone? I bought a Leslie Sansone Walking DVD, so if worse comes to worse I will drag that out.. beats Quacking!

Guys,I can recommend water,or I got back onto exercise by finding a couch to 5 k plan. I never thought id enjoy running but its been great for my self esteem.
