I've been smoking for 30 years and quit twice in that time period. The most recent time was successful because I used Allen Carr's "The Easy Way to Quit Smoking". It was easy and all I had to do was to follow the final instruction not to smoke another cigarette in my life. Guess what. I smoked another cigarette so here I am. Now I have a personal trainer at the gym whose working with me on the pscyhology of breaking habits. I'm aiming to cut right back this week and then quit next Saturday which is the day that I go to train at the gym with him.

That's how I quit for six years. The easy way to stop smoking....and he does make it sound easy, until you are confronted by cigarettes. Poor Allen Car is now dead, but I heard he went back to the fags himself....
