I lurked these sites for months before deciding to quit too - it is part of getting your head in the right space and making a clear choice to decide to quit - keep at it and good luck with making the final decision to stop - it is a tough one, but so free being on the other side of it.
Thanks all Having to start again because of a major slip up.
