yes, after about 5-10 days the smokes start to taste a bit chemical, and start having less kick effect... read what the Champix does on line - all very complicated, but basically it feeds like a 25% feel good to the receptors in the brain all the time, and coats the receptors with this feelgood stuff and that stops the effects of nicotine giving you a buzz, I noticed that at the end, I was smoking to try get the buzz, but was not having that effect, and lost interest in smoking.. Good Luck with your attempt - I just left the Champix to do its thing, and decided yesterday to just stop.. day 11 on Champix...
