After watching what really carcinogens in Smoking can do my life changed
Hi My name is Asif from India.. I Guess I am the youngest one here I am 23. It all started from college days when I inhaled my first puff I was like a rich experience but once after 9000 cigarettes in just 5 years,my chest got weakened though I was a good gamer.The moment when I saw my friend going to pulmonary diagnosis for his lungs he got his lungs fully damaged by the so called Rich experience CIGRATTES, now he is alright by fighting against it by a lungs transplant and posting that video on net, I didn't know that a habit could worsen you even make you die way bit earlier by Carcinogens in cigarettes, I have stepped forward to Quit for almost it's my 4th day it's really hard when your parents don't support you and your social environment craves you to do it again,i hedge decided to be good cause I have to see my life ahead with my wife after marriage and my goals too. This is just a step from my side, and I don't wanna die asking for death.
Well done on taking this step at such a young age, you don't have time to waste - do it now while you can. It is very hard without support around you but we will always be here to help you on you way no matter what. Stay strong - Good luck...your doing the right thing!

Good on you Asif. I remember trying to give up at 23 and thinking its not a priority! I finally did it (only 1 month now) at 48 along with emphysema! Don't wait any longer, when I look back I realise it ruined a lot of my life, you have our support on this site and especially your goals to fulfil! Good luck!
