I have been a smoker since I was 15 I'm now 27 I smoke 15 cigarettes a day I haven't tried as hard to give up until now. I've started chamix and have found them magical Ive cut down already. Yesterday I had 6 ciggerettes and didn't enjoy one of them I felt like butting it out half way through but still smoked it all. This morning I had one on my way to work and felt sick. Normally I would have had at least 7 by now but still feeling strong willed and the thought of a smoke makes me feel sick. I really hope I can keep up this courage and be a non smoker. My dad has enthersyma and still smokes I feel like I'm encouraging him when we smoke together.. I hope if I can quite he might give it a try aswel. Wish me luck :) I know this is going to be a hard road but the journey will be worth it

You can keep it up & if you happen to slip, keep trying, there's so many wonderful people here to help & believe in YOU! Good luck & yes, it is worth every second to become a non smoker.

Well done sjt 0433 Every cigarette you don't smoke is a win....stopping goes so quickly! I am on day 18... I cannot believe it. Soon you'll be where I am now. it is so worth it. My survival is to list all the things that are good about not smoking and I try not to feel sorry for myself if I cannot have a cigarette.....keep going.

Your health is your wealth and watch the money grow as you bank your dart money daily. It sounds simple but once you see how quickly the 100's build up it really strengthens your resolve to not part with it and you realise you are at the helm of your life and it's TIME to move in a new direction. Keep strong it sooooo nice not being ruled by a dart.you realise how much more confidence and determination you have that you can apply on your new journey.the journey starts with the first step and you have taken it. Remain strong
