day 9 feeling fine

I'm on day 9 now :) I have smoked a pack a day for 12 years and not smoking feels like a part of me is missing which leaves me a little lost sometimes with what to do with myself but for most of the day I find myself smiling at how far I've already come. I did slip up and gave one last Saturday but I'm still counting today as day 9 each day really does get easier

Well done on reaching day nine, tomz is double digits for you and then Day 14 (Two weeks). I reckon if you just continue to set small goals soon you will be at day 30 and after that it is sooo easy. The journey is so much more than giving up the darts, I have found it life changing as I have set a new course that I want my life to take. Its all about incorporating NEW HABITS in your day to replace those times when you smoked. I use this time to bank my dart money first thing every morning, instead of smoking 4 darts or reading or researching something that I want to do on google. Im on day 50 and Im 1400 ahead and I feel great, my life has changed a lot and Im not giving those tobacco companies another cent of my money, they have lost this customer. Keep strong and keep posting you can do this.x

Thank you :) Thats truely inspiring to think i can reach where u are one day and no longer worry about them. its actually been easier than I thought but still has been a challenge at times. I'm proud I've come so far already sometimes i crave a smoke but when I think about the taste and smell it turns me off which males me so happy I never thought I could do this

Stay proud of your efforts. Reward yourself frequently. Make treats for yourself. Keep up the self-talk on how well you are doing because you important to so many people and you are worth it.
