Starting my journey

Posted in Getting started
schedule 30 Jun 2015

Today I have started the journey to become a non-smoker (again..the last time I gave up it lasted for 10 years) I am scared of giving up....it is as though I am losing a friend...not a good friend but who I grab when I am stressed or just needing to take 5 from what I am doing or waiting for the jug to boil etc. I want to give up so much but I just seem to keeping going. My son smokes hence there is always smokes around. I have an uphill climb to start but I hope to succeed for myself and my awesome husband. I feel guilty when I light up but still do so. If anyone has some tips on how to start my journey with confidence I would appreciate any tips etc

Goodluck everyone with our journey to better health and more dollars in our pockets :-)
