So here I go again. Tried everything on the market with no success. Kind of gave up on giving up for a while. But have decided that is a ridiculous idea and the fags have to go. Have resorted to hypnotism this time. Must say I went from 20 a day to 4 a day immediately, so now to tackle the lingering 4. The two in the morning with coffee will be the hard ones. Wish me luck!!!

Hello Roberta, first of all never give up on your quit! It very important for you to quit smoking, and have a healthy life more than anything. Quitting smoking is the best thing you could do for yourself. You have to understand quitting smoking is a process. You have to take it one day at a time. Be patient with yourself, and stick with your plan. You also need to think about changing your schedule, specially in the morning.... try to exercise first, have water instead of coffee. As for me, I quit smoking over 8 months ago, coldturkey. I smoked for 25 years, 1 pk daily. I was tired of smoking, the smell, concern with my health so I stopped suddenly. First 3 weeks to 3 months is the withdrawal symptoms for me, they're mild, and don't last long. You can do it! Its doable!! It is wonderful feeling to be free from poison nicotine. I enjoy all the benefits of not smoking, like sense of smell, beautiful skin, and hair, my smell, etch. So you see everything is possible. Keep us posted. Best wishes.

Hi Roberta! I really get that it's a struggle. It's a struggle for me too. My hands are shaking and trembling, I'm sweating poisons out my skin and it's really embarrassing! I'm over-emotional and easily frustrated. I've got zero concentration. But I'm so proud of myself for persevering!!!

Going from 20 a day to 4 a day is a MASSIVE achievement and you should be very, very proud of yourself!!! Wishing you the best of luck tackling those lingering 4 cigs!!!
