Gday, Started smoking when i was 16, now 23, This is my 3rd attempt to quit smoking. Failed the first time due to zero willpower, failed the second time because of the effects it was having on my body and not being able to work. Amazing how just one smoke had me back on my feet...

But im prepared this time! Cleared the house, ute, and hopefully my mind of every spot of tobacco to start this next chapter.

Driving is one of my biggest triggers and is the part i will struggle with personally.

Good Luck to everybody trying and hopefully we can all smell the fresh air together!

Good luck and beat it now. Remember the longer you smoke the harder it is to kick.

Hi there, I quit today and read your story, I also started at 16 but I'm now 42 and noticed how young you still are. Don't do what I did and continue for another 20 years, you'll still be in the same position but with less money and poor health, just keep up the good work now and be done with it. Don't waste a minute or a single cent. I wish I could go back and quit at 23 or just not started in the first place! Good luck.
