"Why NOT Now???

My quit smoking day begins tomorrow, Monday Feb. 2, 2015. I plan on smoking the rest of my cigarettes tonight with my glass of wine while I enjoy the Super Bowl . Once the clock strikes 10pm, around my bedtime, that when ALL ash trays, lighters, & fancy cigarette case will be thrown out, no need for 'em riiiight???
I'm also making sure I get a gym membership tomorrow after work to start my NEW work out plan. I heard that sitting in a sauna for 3 days straight can help sweat away the nicotine out of your sys. So that's just a few of the many steps I plan on taking, praying I make it through!!!!

Good luck with the journey. You'll be amazed how good you feel even after a few days. :)
Congratulations you are now a non smoker. Find your plan and stick to it. Come back here often and keep us updated. I am 26 days now, just loving it !!!!

OMG, thanks a lot you guys. This is so VERY new to me, so it's a hard process to adjust 2, but Day 2 2day went well, EVEN turned down that annoying co-worker on an outside light up session, who chain smokes like crazy, Ahhhhhh, That felt GREAT!!!!

Kai: Best of luck with your quitting. Keep us updated. After over 40 years of smoking a pack a day plus, my quit date is now set for 10/2. I am using Champix and have found the desire to smoke dwindling from day to day.
Again, keep us posted and accept any support you need. My hat off to you

Why thanks a ton. Day 4 today & I have NO CRAVINGS @ ALL, WAAAAHHHOOOOO.....Soooo proud of myself, but the battle ain't over just yet. I am still fighting this addiction everyday & when I look at my kids dealing with asthma, that keeps me away from smoking that much more!!!!
I will DEFINITELY keep you all posted on this new journey of mine & @apalsson, I wish you the best of luck too, if I can overcome this, so can you,
