Hey!!

I am 16 i started smoking. From 1 year i am smoking i was good at runing and sports as,days passed no more i feel comfortable while runing as my personal experience i feel due to smoking i am becoming thin when i put my hand on my chest i can feel my ribs.it makes me tensed all the time even though i am coughing from 6 months. I dont want to die please help me if i can do something to gain my sports personality back as well as i am scared of that my lungs would rotten help me

hi piyush,

sounds like you are indian. any way you are very young chap who should be energitic and charming. now first you yourself dont let be down.first of all you have to keep in mind the reason not to smocking. some are already you have mentioned. make list of all that and keep it handy always with you. dont think of smocking again and when ever you feel smocking read your reason of not to smock. drink a lot of water 4-6 ltr/day. whenever you feel somcking you drink. it flushes out nicotine in your body through urine. remember normally withing 3-5 days all your nicotine content in blood will be flushed out. then eat a lot of fruits like apple,banana,musumbi. eat carrot also. do some deep breathing (5-10)exercise every hour . feel that you are out of habit day after day. best of luck.

hi Plyush Yes you have every reason to stop now before the years roll by and now it is easier than after many years, because you are young you will recover quickly and put it down to experience rather than long term habit, i wish i stopped after one year, really wish i never learned to like it. But you will like the benefits of good health more so and you can do it, the exercise will help you get fit again. good luck
