schedule 28 Dec 2014

My plan is to make 2015 the best and healthiest year yet! I have been smoking for most of my life and have tried numerous times to quit. This time I'm going to do everything possible to quit for good.

Looking forward to being a non-smoker. :)

My plan is to quit on jan 1/2015 I have had several atempts but always fail, I hate smoking now and this time it will be for good im going to use the nicabate strips that go on your tongue for a couple of days then I am going to go cold turkey, I dont really like the idea of putting nicotine back into my body in another form but I guess I will have to do something for a couple of days.good luck to me and good luck to all you people out there in the same boat, we will support each other.

cheers

Hi choosehealth2015, I'm only on day 23 of being smoke free but after smoking 30 years plus feeling quite proud of myself . This site really helps to keep me motivated and I get inspiration from those that are months down the line as it makes you realise it is possible to succeed. Happy New Year to you.
