Slipped

I slipped up - twiced this week and twice in social situations with a few wines.  I have stuck with my running program and did 1 x 4klm, 1 x 6klm, 1x4klm & a 12klm run yesterday - then went out for wines with friends as hadn't been out so went out knowing I would smoke.

My running goals are still the same and I need to refocus again to stop situations like this happening - I am disappointed in myself after 2 weeks not smoking but my triggers are social times with wine - outside that I would NEVER ever have a ciggie.

Need to treat this as a slip up and get back to my planning....

Get back to quitting smoking its all worthy!
