Here we go again
Hello there, I haven't been on this site for awhile because I am embarrassed to say that I have started smoking again after several month of non-smoking. Last night I was at a friend's house and I was the only smoker there. I was disgusted in myself but I still smoked. I have no idea on how I am going to conquer this hideous addiction but I supposed a good first step is joining this blog and getting support from others that are going through the same thing.
Dear staying alive, well at least your thinking about quitting. So, get yourself together and start from the beginning. Don't be too hard on yourself! Stay positive never give up! Goodluck! You can do it! I quit smoking coldturkey 4 mons ago after 20 yrs of smoking I don't even think about smoking again and I love being a non smoker! I feel healthy and awesome!!! So quit smoking for yourself!
