Today is Day 1.  I had my last smoke last night about 9pm.  I have quit numerous times before for about 6 months or less but have always started back.  This time, I have been using champix and am on day 8 today.  It has actually not been so bad.  Yes I have had some cravings.  My life is busy with having a full time job and 4 kids.  Smoking was my solitude and my time to 'myself'.  I have to figure out how to replace that time.  I plan on doing P90X tonight- get in some exercise and replace my endorphins in a more positive way.  I think I drank like 10 glasses of lemon water today!  I kept busy at work and it actually went well.  I want this to be my last quit.  The worst part of smoking for me is the quit.  I hate being a smoker- today I can refer to myself as a non-smoker.  Not sure if anything I am writing makes sense- but it helps!

Makes alot of sense its a hard long road but we can do it!!!

Yes it's day 2 today! Instead of my morning coffee and smoke, I am sitting here reading messages. I am feeling strong today! Have a fantastic smoke free day!
