Hey everyone,
I decided that today is the day where I take control of my smoking life. I started smoking at 14 and am now 22 and have smoked ever since. Lately I have been getting sick and tired of smoking. I became a Personal Trainer at the beginning of the year to personally help me get my health and lifestyle on track due to the many medical conditions in my family, but am massively struggling to quit. I have tried to quit but obviously not hard enough. My partner is also a smoker and when I do talk about quitting it gets hard because I'm not 100% sure that, that's what he wants to do aswel. A lot of people say it easy to quit, but it's not. I'm taking my training and exercising + eating a lot more seriously and hope to compete in the INBA body building next year. I want to prove to myself that I can do this. I want to prove that the cigarettes don't control me, I control it.
Dear Zee, never give up on trying to quit smoking. It's the best thing you could do for yourself. Good luck to you!
