3 days in & feel positive

Previously, I would be contemplating catching up with friends for a wine and a few ciggies and now I am focussing on exercise and it has been a worthy substitute.  I have a plan so I know each day what I am doing and a short term goal and a longer term goal that I hope will keep me on track and change the destructive pattern i was in with cigarettes and wine.  I will do this!  Running 20k's by Christmas time and only running 5k's at the moment - after Christmas I will begin the transition from 20k's to marathon for July 15 Gold Coast Marathon......big challenge but if I stay on track I can do it.

Well done, keep up the good work. I'm certain you will stay on track. Stick with your plan and you can't go wrong.
