My action plan

I have a heart condition that can make me collapse at any time I started smoking after a car accident 3 years ago and now smoke 25 a day I am a single mum and need to stop making excuses for my smoking. I CAN DO THIS AND I WILL DO THIS.
Writing a daily routine up simple things like in the morning I use to smoke now I will use that time to put some make up on and make myself feel good at lunch time do some sit-ups instead after dinner do some reading study something everyday give yourself a sticker and everyday take the money out and put it in a clear jar to see the amount adding up

Sounds like you have a good plan for yourself. Good luck, you can do it. There are people on here that are quitting after smoking for 40 and 50 years...if they can do it, so can you. Stick with your plan and you will succeed!

You certainly have some good plans happening. I plan to take up origami.
