Difficult journey

I had made the decision to quit, but have been struggling along. A friend told me that when it is time, the cigarette will leave you. I just find every excuse to smoke, and it annoys me, but I also must admit its during stressful moments that it happens. I generally hate gum, and am forced to chew it, and i end up with headaches and feeling annoyed. I'm also very, very hungry, but i'm actually full. But I have strong supporters around me, so it's work in progress

The hungry feeling is your body wanting the hand to mouth action. Try drinking a big glass of cold water. You can do this :)
