Time to stop
I am 30 years old in 2 weeks and I never imagained I would be 30 and still smoking! I have made a promise to myself that I will not be smoking when I am 30, I have 3 children and a husband and basically I am scared to death I am going to get cancer and have to leave my family behind. So over the past few months I have worked on cutting down which I have done successfully however it is coming up time to quit and that's why I have turned to this site, so I can now successfully do that.
You can do it, if I can anyone can, I really underestimated how much I smoked as I has roll uos most of the time, I watched my wonderful dad die of emphysema in June this year, I really don't want my children to see that in me, keep up the good work you really can do it

Just curious, how did you go Lee182? Reading your story and this is how I feel too?
Hi Wrennis, I am going really well so far. I am on day 5 today and to be honest am finding quite easy. My husband quit with me which I didn't realise he was going to do, I think having him going through this with me has made it a million times easier. So if there is someone who can do it with you I think it really helps and I do believe it would have been alot harder for me if he was doing this with me.
