Here i go AGAIN.

It has been around two years since i was last on here. i have has a couple of little attempts at quitting but i didnt try very hard, made too many excuses to myself. over the last week i have been cutting back from around 15 per day to about 7 and today i have 4 for the whole day. tomorrow is the day i have planned on quitting for good. i have recently been to a sugeon and need to have some work done on my ankle. the sugeon suggested i cut back to make it easier on myself and the anaesthesiest, but i had already been in the mindset of quitting this year anyway, this has jsut been my last little push. tomorrow i quit. tomorrow i become a non smoker. i will be doing it cold turkey becasue i know i can do it, and i will do it. lookoing forward to posting my progress and following everyone elses.
