I started working out at the gym 9 months ago the results have been fantastic, I started feeling like a hypocrite by working out eating very healthy yet I still would light up.Woke up on the 19th of September 2013 and went to the doctor to get a scropt for CHAMPIX.

The money I save I will reward myself with nice things in life.

I didn't start smoking till I was in my late 20's all my mates smoked at school I was never interested the smell of an ash tray would tick me off.

A lady from NZ who I once worked with was always at me saying if you want to keep your nice figure you will have to take up smoking..Yeah stupid me!~

I started the gym 9 months ago not to lose weoght I just wanted to tone up and I'm very proud right now..Giving up smoking will be a bonus.

Hi Mercedes you can quit smoking if you really want to or when you're ready. I quit smoking 7 weeks ago Coldturkey, and let me tell you I feel Fantastic!:) I have lots of energy for my workouts its AMAZING. Good luck to you,...You can do it!
