Today is Day 1 of putting my plan to use. I want to quit smoking for my health, and my finances. I just lost 2 grandparents who died from heart disease and throat cancer. They were both smokers and everyone else in my family smokes as well with the exception of the kids lol. I want to set an example to the smaller ones so they will know that they dont have to smoke. I also want to find another outlet of relieving stress because that 10 minutes of bliss is not worth the years of aches, pains, and health problems. I have been smoking for about 5 years and I can tell each year that the yearn for a smoke has grown. I never thought I would be a chain smoker because I always felt like I could quit at any time (while puffing a marlboro menthol 72) lol. My plan is to quit smoking on September 1, 2014 and I will use the cut down to quit method. I have so much faith in myself and with God, I know all is possible. Yay me!

The day you quit smoking is the day you are honest with yourself and know you don't need them!! No one has ever had to be admitted to a clinic for withdrawal symptoms from cigarettes, there aren't any. Just HABIT and belief. Break the habit know your own strength and believe you can do it and you will. You know you can....

I'm down only smoke 1 smoke today from 26 that's good for me I'm day 112 on champax day 14 is quit day. Don't know why I had that 1 smoke didn't enjoy it just a habit after my morning coffee I think
