quit buddy needed

This is my 4th tIme on champix. I quit last Sunday so I'm on day 8. I reckon I had over 1 kg of mixed nuts 8 blocks of chocolate and walked twice a day. I am as of today back on my body trim meal plan. I don't do diets it's just a good way to get you metabolism going as your body goes back into a relaxed state, cos nicotine makes your body stay in a stressed state. You'll have mood swings but don't worry I'm hormonal as we'll so just apologise to everyone! Lol so what for 3-5kgs it's only for a few months! it will go if you eat low fat/carb foods and try to do ANY exercise DAILY.
I'm on day 16 champix. I strongly suggest u get maxolon (no nausea at all) they are fabulous. I also have tamazapan to help me sleep . I wasn't going thru all the nasty side effects this time cos that what made me stop quitting last time and ice heard plenty of ppl quit quitting cos of the nausea. I had serious cravings over the wknd so I didn't take the nausea tablets so I felt sick to stop the cravings.
Cigarettes have ruled my life
Basically I need time management skills cos now I have all this free time I don't know how to use cos I would sit and smoke on my own. There's a real mind thing going on for me at the moment. What do I do with all this spare time. I never used to do anything without a smoke in my hand so I lost my motivation to do basic daily stuff. Amazing you think... This is my personal war. I'm sure you'll have yours. I've decided to pack up my house, rent it out and move to a new town. I just need to get focused without that filthy thing in my hand... Grrr frustrating
I hope you have got something out of this.
I can only hope that you to can say "I WON" .... Beating the cigarette, beating the nicotine is one of the most self accomplishing feelings ... Then you know you have won.
Btw ..... Take a deep breath in... See how it stops at a certain point and it is like someone is pushing their foot into your chest..... After my first week... I thought I was a little asthmayyy (you know what I mean) but now I can take that breathe and where I was expecting that pain, I can now get more air in. It's one of the most incredible feelings to be able to breathe... AIR.... No more smoke in my body!!! Take a chance in believing in yourself.... It's sooooo worth it. If you do this , you can do anything.... Never quit quitting, promise yourself that at least

This is my 5th time on trying to quit I always seam to get stressed so I pick up a smoke to de stress but all it's doing is taking the life out of me everyone tells me it's easy and that I can do it but I'm finding it so hard

yeah i had a shower and washed my hair around 4pm 19.07.14 and havent had a smoke since but its a tough ride.. how about you??

I'm on day 9 so it's amazing.! I never made it this far... I just keep telling myself I'm not addicts to nicotine anymore and it's not ruling my life. 31 years of smoking and I'm done with the filthy stuff!
I just joined this morning (6 days smoke free). What does the being a quit buddy entail?
